South Carolina Subject-to and General Sub2 holding question

I just bought William Tingle’s Ultimate Sub2 book. It left me with a few state specific questions. I’m interested if people in SC are using Landtrusts and if they have any problems listing LLC as trustees. How are the big players holding these properties?

another question does anyone know why william tingle’s website is down? According to his course it’s 4rentToOwn.com

There’s no reason to use Land Trusts to do a sub2 deal.
You can, but it’s a bit of overkill. I’ve never used one.

As far as “William Tingle”… Just do a Google
search and you’ll find your answers.

I found Wendy Patton’s book at borders more helpful than his $300 course. I’m not so much concerned about liability as not having the properties in my name personally. Just wondering if a LLC or Trust would be the way to go.

His course isn’t that bad. I’ve had it since 2003.
I’ve also been a student of $Cash$ since June 2003.
I prefer the latter.

I sure have been out of the loop. :flush :anon

Well God knows everything that is on the internet is true.
