Son wants to rent with quadraplegic mother

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue.

I received a phone call from a son that wants to rent my property with his quadraplegic (I’m sure that’s not how it’s spelled) mother. My property isn’t ADA compliant…so I’m assuming that I should’t rent to them. What do you think?

Be very careful about the discrimination side of it. If they want to rent and can elsewise qualify, you may have to rent to them…

If compliance is necessary to accomodate that is their cost to bear.
