hi everyone - I have started reading and learning about how to approach real estate investing from a rehabbing/foreclosure point of view. As you all know this site is very helpful!.
I just came a house in my neighbourhood that needs work and also - the sherrif put some type of pre-foreclosure notice on the door - apparently she is defaulting on the mortage. I was not really ready to start looking - this sort of landed on my doorstep and i want to evaluate the possibility off making it work
I will be doing some research monday in the local town office - however what is the best way to approach the owner and what or how should the conversation go.
Any pointers/ideas/ guidance greatly appreciated
