Im in the U. S. Army, currently deployed to Iraq. Where would be the best place for me to find a partner to wholesale or rehab homes with? Like a joint venture deal.

Many of the small investors I know do not like partnerships. I suggest that you would be better off to study how to do it and then do it on your own, with the only possible partner concidered: the bank that writes a mortgage for you.
If you do find someone who wants a joint venture, check them out very carefully. I’d hate to hear that you’d been scammed out of your hard-earned money.
