I sold a house sub 2 on a land trust and now the buyer is late on his payment do I have any recourse?
If the buyer is late, but still making the payments, then you need to be receiving the payments and sending them into the bank each month. To keep your credit clear, you need to make the payment, then reimburse yourself from the payment the buyer sends you.
