Yes, it tracks all expenses, income, and liabilities.
Peachtree and I love it but it is a little expensive for most of the investors on this board.
I use something developed by investors called MyPropFolio. It is web based and I can access it everywhere. I really have fallen in love with it.
We use RentRight.
