Online Software constantly generates comps that doesn’t match the property that I am looking at. Does anyone know a good way to get comps if you don’t have access to the MLS?
Good Morning @NormanB, Not sure if your area has Redfin but if so I’ve used that a few times and it seems to have a lot of the properties from the MLS. And if nothing else, Zillow is an option. Not the Zestimate of course but checking the recent sales that are similar to your home criteria.
Not sure what market you are in and it isn’t available in every market, but Propelio gets you access to MLS comps in certain markets AND gives you leads to work with daily AND a fairly decent CRM. I know they are working on expanding the markets they are in but it will take time for that to happen. It also comes at the expense of a monthly subscription.
