I am a licensed real estate agent. I procured the license sometime back. However, after entering the real estate trade, meeting the people, and learning the trends and tricks of the trade, I realized that I am not cut out for the trade. But I do not wish to give up my license. Is there some way by which I can keep earning something from the real estate business without being an active agent?
Keep your license and get into investing in one form or another. With your access to the MLS you have an edge most of us can only dream about. Are you in Kalamazoo? Herbster
If you have your license and invest one thing that will help you is significant access to information and people.
The second (or maybe it should be the first) is that you can write your own documents, paperwork, etc that cuts out a significant amount of the cost that non-licensed investors incur because we have to use realtors to handle that stuff for us…
Good luck!
