Hi I am Pkay and have been thinking of stepping into the interesting world of investing for the past 3-4 months. I am in san fernando valley So.Cal. I have also currently aquired my R.E.License. A couple of Q’s that i have for u wonderful folks are(pls Help)?
1.What pre foreclosure site is recommended to find these distressed folks that need help from people like us? What do u think about Realty Trac & RealTran.Pls Advise?
2. Since I have a License would it restrict my ability to do investing since i actively want to also do R.E. sales ?
3. Besides reading some books Like Robert Irwin, Robert Shemim, Ron Le Grand ect I still feel I m a little lost at this, is it just me or its the First timer anxiety?
4. Anyone in this fourm from SFV, So. Cal.? Would it be okay if i were to get in touch with u?
I have been reading u folks for the past couple of weeks. Its really supportive and above all informative. I really enjoyed reading some very creative comments.
