got a motivated seller (divorce situation) in another market interested in letting me take over and sell subj2. great opportunity. yet the problem is it’s about an hour away, so showing the property isn’t real convenient.
anybody out there got any ideas?
i thought about maybe setting up an open house on a sunday and telling all interested buyers if they want to see it, that’s their best chance.
seller says he’s too busy to show the property as well.
also, the seller is an attorney, so is his soon to be ex-wife so I want to make extra sure I don’t over commit as they could get litigation happy real easily.
