Should I use Patlive Operator Initially?

Hi, I’m a new investor and am trying to get short sale prospects.

I work full time and I plan on placing an ad in a newspaper and plan on sending out post cards to get leads.

Do you think it would be wise to use a patlive operator or should I try to call the prospects back whenever I have time?

The type of job that I have, I don’t have access to a phone. And when I do have access to a phone it’s probably for about 5 to 10 minutes every two hours and lunch time.

I have written a script and most of it is information gathering type stuff, but I didn’t know if I need to go through it first and work out some kinks before I have an operator do it and I possibly lose potential prospects.

How are you other part-time investors doing it?

Using the Patlive operator will be good for your business. I made calls to prospect directly to start, just to get an idea of the process and to get comfortable talking homeowners. Its an invaluable learning experience, but it great to use a system to screen your prospects if your budget will allow it.

I also found out the hard way that you don’t want to waste a lot of time with unmotivated homeowners because they will waste a lot of your time and money and WILL stall your efforts to help them.
