I wouldn’t wait for all that work to be done. You may miss the Spring market. Just inform the buyers (a list of updates/upgrades) that all this will be done. You may even get a buyer who will take the house as it is so you may not have to do all the work. Although, your price may not be as high. It’s all in the negotiating.
the very least you should do judd is to put a sign outside with all the detail of the updates while continuing the work. this will generate lots of interests by brive by and you may have a buyer ready when you finish. good luck
