This is a list of commercial properties for sale in my area… if financing is not an issue…
Should I be trying to buy all of them?
Or should I be looking through them to carefully select which few would make good investments?
Or is it more likely that they ALL make good investments? (assuming the price is right or can be negotiated to what is right)…
