Have anybody used short sales only to negotiate there shortsales? I seen that Rob Ostrander runs it. He use to be moderator for this site
There is a poster here with the screenname GODWNZ who posts at this forum. Awhile back, I thought I remember him saying that he was going to allow shortsalesonly.com to attempt to short one of his deals…not sure how it turned out though.
The site claims that it can get the sale approved for 75% or less of value. My only question is who determines the value of the home? How do they account for repairs? If the company can consistantly get short sales approved for 75 cents on the dollar, I think theyd be worth their weight in gold. I have not heard enough feedback to try them out for myself though.
Maybe shortsalesonly or GODWNZ could weigh in…
