has anyone gotten a short sale or reo for more than 15% in southern california recently?

I have been tracking with many so cal investors and have not had one with more than 15% off as short sale ore REO. Most So Cal are Countrywide, WaMu, Wells, Wilshire haven’t discounted below 15%. I would be very interested in knowing what lenders, how big of a discount? Are the 6 and 11 in so cal?
Also went on your site, you sell short sale services but do not list any california properties.
Can you verify the 6 completed?
I have posted this same message on different message boards and have never received one reply from anyone is southern california doing more than 15%!!
