I’ve been reading quite a bit about pre-forclosures and short sales on this site. In doing research around short sales it seems that bank/lenders are apt to working with you in markets that are inherently down. Now, I know that markets are down in various parts of the country, but things in Seattle/Tacoma are continually going up!
Are there any Washington Staters out there or folks familiar with the market that are having success with short selling pre-forclosures?
