1st = 368k
2nd = 92k
Behind 10k
I am planning on negotiation with the 2nd lean holder to get them to discount. I would then like to take over the 1st mortgage? I will make the back payments on the 1st and pay off what ever is left on the 2nd after my negotiations…
I need some advice on the paperwork to purchase while taking over the 1st…
