Perhaps some of you kind folks could fill in some of the pieces here. Lately I’ve been blown away by the number of short sale vendors/gurus that have sprung up on the web. It seems that many of these folks originated with Jeff Kaller and the group that grew tired of him. Specifiaclly Financial health coach ( Ryan, angie and claude).
Now the Naples gang started ( Financial health coach) off in February 2005…I’ve compliled a short list of some of the vendors that have sprung up from them.

Jason Medley
Chis daigle ( the hud guy)
Bob Diamond
Mike Watson
Jerami KIng
Justin Lee
Nathan Jurewicz
Josh Cantewell
Gregg clement
They all have multiple websites, hold webinars and use words like “Pipline and opt in”…they also offer coaching ranging from $1,000 to 15 grand or more…many want to sell you 800 numbers, special software and many other things supposedly designed to help YOU automate yoiur business…
So it should be obvious that it is much more profitable to be a vendor and a web salesperson then to do short sales or so it would seem…is it possible that they are all part of the same corporate umbrella??I recently confronted Jason and Chris daigle in a fake email and since I asked about it …they no longer communicate with me.
So a few things…how do we really know that any of these people actually do short sales ? where do we find reputable short sale mentors…? Who esle is part of the short sale Vendor dream team? there are many more from Financial helath coach but I’m outta time today
I’d like to find some legit help but these vendors turn me off with their relentless sales pitches…they all seem connected and pushing the same stuff…currently it’s the use of the option conract over the land trust…next week they will want to sell us another idea;
