This makes no sense. Why is a property worth $400-600k have an offer of $900k? Also, why $400-600k, can’t you come up with a little smaller spread than that? It’s like saying a car is worth between $1 and $1million. If you can’t get your estimate a little tighter than that you are playing with fire big time and don’t know your market.
