How would you guys go about looking for short sales and/or foreclosures in an isolated place like Hawaii?

Gosh you make Hawaii sound like a two man raft floating in the pacific with a candle and a couple of carrier pigeons for communication when in fact Hawaii is one of the glorious states of the United States of America!

Try either going to the recorders office and looking up foreclosure filings yourself or join and pay for a foreclosure service that has online information of foreclosure filings!

Then work your short sale magic!

Any good and free foreclosure websites? The posts on ripoffreport.com about foreclosure.com kind of give me the creeps.

Hi,

I guess Foreclosure dot com has let there reputation and integrity become impaired!

I would not buy from them now either and I was unaware of the problems at rip off report!
