Thank you,
john

for real education .

realsuccesscoaching.com

that’s all you need…really

I found that on there site guess that is you right? Have you really spent that much? OUCH

yes tell me. ouch…but; I close my second shortsale should close that Thursday at the latest. in 9 weeks , well this is my tenth week with them and I should net around 70k plus after closing.

My coaches are out of the box thinkers. I got a new piece of marketing and I got 16 calls in 2 days.
One of the other students, had a house for sale for 5 months, they showed him step by step a new selling concept they have came up with, and he had a contract on it in 2 days and it closed on Friday past.

The coaching with Stevie and Pauline cost me $15k that’s it. It has been the best money I have spent and with my cllosings I have got back my lost money and some.

I have every gurus stuff under my bed or in a closet, beside my bed. I needed more, they hold me accountable and if I don’t do what they have asked of me they kick my ass.
Think of it like a fitness coach, you want to get fit, you NEED to get fit, but it is more comfy in your bed rather than getting up at 5am to go for a run…right? But if you were paying a coach to get you out your bed, take you out and make you run for the next 2 hours then you would do it. That is what coaching has done for me!

The service is really good, they walk me through deals, they even interviewed my title company for me because they didnt understand the whole dry closing thing.
Some on the posts said " it’s a lot of money for calls and email" but these are the people who are stalling with their business, and have negative thinging.
When you first join there is a 8 page questionnaire, which you have to complete, they will go over the questionnaire and see if you are a good candidate. They don’t just accept anyone in the program.
Once you are accepted, you go to them for 2 intense days of training and the things you learn is unreal.

From there your custom built program is created to what your needs are, not the masses like everyone else.
I have strengths and weaknesses… OK. a lot of weaknesses, so my program is built to, leverage my strengths and to make my weakness strong.

I get sheduled by-weekly calls, we have 2, two hour conference calls and special guest calls, which so far have included brokers and a kick ass bankruptcy attorney who is going over all the new laws and letting us understand why a lot of the laws can be to our advantage as investors.
All the calls are recorded and you go to the members forum and download it onto your I-pod ( yes they give you one ) and you can listen to the calls as many times as you like. It is great Ican listen in the car or doing my house work.
We also have unlimited email and flex calls, they help me construct deals by talking me through the aspects of the deal so I, myself come up with the answer. I speak to them or have some for of contact almost every day.

My business has catapulted. I dont work for them I just let people know that if it worked for me it can work for you.
Hope this helps anyone thinking about taking their business to new heights.

Have a great day everyone

Greenqueen,

You’ve been smoking a little too much green to con me into believing this baloney. Isn’t it funny how everytime a new poster comes on they innocently proclaim they have found the Holy Grail of real estate? Why don’t you just place an ad?

The biweekly calls and a real interview with a kick ass bankruptcy attorney are great features and we’re all holding our collective breaths. And you’ve only spent $15,000 on coaching after spending $80,000 on seminars? SHREWD! Are you being paid for this submission or are you really that naive that you expect us to believe this? To have spent $80k on seminars, you must be the world’s oldest living creature. Give me a break.

Da Wiz

I am sorry you feel that way, but it is all about choices.

Yes I made huge mistakes, and Ihave spent 80k.
Wish we were all as wise as you old man.

between buying cd’s, books, dvd’s, seminars, flying here flying there ,hotels, car rentals, Iwas a seminar junky, I was so busy going to them all listening… yes it has cost me 80k.

Wish we were all as smart as you and didn’t have to pay for education and make mistakes.

To have spent $80k on seminars, you must be the world's oldest living creature

;D ;D ;D OMG, now THAT is funny. ;D ;D ;D

oh what ever blows your skirt up!

oh what ever blows your skirt up!

Now THAT is just sad

Girl, I hope creative thinking is something you’ll learn in your next six month coaching installment. Judging from that brilliant comeback you definitely need to include it in your customized program! Will that be another $15,000?

what ever Deb, what ever.

Mind you would still like to see your pay check this week and compare it with mine?

but that would be childish and wouldn’t like to show an experienced investor like you, who works for some one, that my real estate education will surpass yours.

This is the last thing I am going to say to this, you have your opinion and I have mine. THe only thing is I’m cashing checks.

remember it’s all about choices !!!I have chose mine and you have made yours what ever that may be.
I will still pass on the knowledge that learn to other investors on the forum… havent seen you offering much advice lately Debbie… your focus seems to be aimed at what Im doing…

have a great day
See you at the bank… or maybe not.

Let’s say that your find a piece of property that has about $100k in equity. After you get the property under contract, can you still negotiate with the bank with a short sale to create even more equity?

if you can get the BPO to work where your numbers need to be and you can give estimates and comps to support it then yes why not. But it had better be bullet proof.

Maybe I’m missing something in all of this but, if someone has 80 grand to spend on seminars, why not keep doing what you’re doing that made you the 80 grand in the first place?? In addition, you added another 15 grand on top of that. That just seems extremely steep.

i was a tech engineer my salary was 275k a year. I lost a limb and had to give up my job. OK maybe your happy now.

If I spend my entire life savings on coaching that is my business.

but thanks for the concern.

this is the first time in 4 years feel in control of my life again.

and believe me my 80 k in training and 15k for my coaching is a small price to pay.

I don’t need to work, I have enough money to do me for a life time.
But for once I feel in control and I am doing what I like to do.

I would gladly pay it all again to be where I am today.

thx

Jees…

One of my first two messages to this board and I’ve a cynical lot…

My first thought: No one has answered my question.

My second thought, while I personally would not (nor will I) admit to how much (in dollars, anyway) I’ve spent in lessons, beit a purchased course or life lessons, I appreciate the candor. It does not impress nor do I think it was intended to impress. I think Queen was just trying to illustrate a point - a lot of money and lessons learned. 'nuff said.

As far as “bashing” someone about their post, I think I try to be a bit gentler - we are all grown ups right?

Queen - thank you for the feedback and recommendation - I’ll take the reference for what it was meant to be.

Hopefully cooler heads will prevail in future posts - if I post any.

john

John,

I think your question HAS been answered.

Da Wiz

Funny,

My question is:
"Does anyone have experience with the eBook on Short Sales listed on REIClub?

“Making Money with Short Sales Ebook

Thank you,
john"

Not one person answered that.

Thanks for the “help” Wiz(?). I would ask for your help in that if you do not have an answer - don’t reply/answer.

Gee guess not outlookguy sorry!

And to answer the other topic WOW 80k that is a ton! Just to think I never spent a dime and owned 5 houses in 45 days and put 180k in the bank and after 10 years owned over 70 man I messed up I should of taken the 80k education!

outlookguy,

Welcome. What I was trying to gently tell you was that from all the responses, obviously nobody had either heard about or cared about the ebook in question. Coming on to a forum that has existed for years and scolding the behavior of those on the board with one of your very first posts is not a very good strategy for acceptance and is like painting a target on your forehead.

Da Wiz

I would probably take a look at your own slogan Mr REO.

At the end of the day, congratulations in your success.

And to what I have spent…It doesn’t really matter, It just doesn’t matter.
The sky hasn’t fallen in, no one has died, I still have 3 limbs, I have a $1.9 million settlement… as I said it doesn’t really matter.

As long as your happy with your life and I’m happy with mine.

Although I do wonder how you would cope if everything you had worked for was gone in 45 seconds.

Thats all it takes my friend 45 seconds can change your life for ever.
So keep enjoying what you do, and enjoy your family, and to everyone on the forum, you really need to take life with gratetude and appreciation.

And don’t worry what I spend on my education, i have plenty, just let me be happy.

You all have a great day.
