Short sales are hot right now...

My husband and I are in Cape Coral, Florida.

We have done a lot of marketing in our local area for shorts and have come up with several. We currently have a few contracts with sellers willing to sell short. Now we have to negotiate with the banks.

Unfortunately we are running out of money. :rolleyes So, we either have to push these deals along quickly or find some backing.

Has anyone had success with pushing the banks along?

Thanks :biggrin

Yes.

Finding homes in foreclosure is like stepping on snails. They’re everywhere. Find buyers first. Fix their credit, prequalify them. THEN go find a home in foreclosure.

what about wholesaling the ones you cant handle?

How do you do this? Are you a loan officer? credit repair?

Yes, I am a loan broker. I could also do credit repair, but I just refer these to someone else.

Thanks. The people that do the credit repair, are they individuals working on their own or a company? I have been reading a lot of credit repair books lately and was thinking this would be a great strategy for finding tenants/future buyers.

Tell me about it we have over 500 files going right now.
