Has anyone heard about or used this program? I don’t want to be the newb on the forum (first post and all) But I’m a licensed banker/broker and invest myself (just trying to say that I’d like to think that I know what I’m doing… but this thing is almost too good to be true. anyway, making offers for short sales using it because I got sick this last year and my credit was hurt because of it (ironic eh?) Well check it out… not pushing it, there is a marketing side, but the investment side of it looks like everyone should be using because conventional financing for investments is a joke right now.
