I have a short sale deal and I need to know how much of the money I have to come up with?
If you can give the details of your deal. Somebody might be able to help you that has done one. I havent done one yet, so I am not yet qualified in this area. Tax liens yes, short sale(not yet!!!)

Polish: Not knowing any of the specifics, once you and the bank agree to a purchase price, you have to come up with “ALL” of the cash quickly, typically in weeks. There’s usually no time to go out and get funding the traditional mortgage route. Hard money lenders usualy work in this situation>
