Does anybody have any fresh ideas how to get the BPO ordered with countrywide? Its almost impossible to get this done lately. :banghead

Countrywide has very recently gone through a complete reorganization to process their short sale files. During this reorganization they stopped negotiating short sales. On a rare occasion a short sale could still be processed. As of the publishing of this report the reorganization is still in process but nearing the end.
What issues are you running into??
Can’t get a hold of a LM and this has been going on for more than 60 days.Thanks
CountryWide just revamped their whole Short Sale process. From what I have read and heard they are on the tail end but it really hung up all the pending files. Just what we need is more congestion right? Hopefully whatever they did will help and not make things worse.
I’ve got a ss package going on 4 months still waiting for an LM.
