Thanks my RE Family!
I’m doing Short Sales now directly with private Sellers.
I’ve had to submit their hardships letters and the normal package.
When submitting offers off the MLS, I am correct in saying that I don’t
have to deal with the actual home owners themselves, Right?
All transactions are directly between myself and the bank?

I would think that the agent who represents the seller will be dealing with the lender and the seller…

Maybe I misunderstood your question…

I am confused myself, if it is a short sale then is it not REO yet… so why would the homeowner be cut out of the transaction?
