The lender have release the first and the second (1,000) lien of the subject property for a subject amount. 2 weeks After closing, a recovery collection agency is contacting me about the difference from the second lien holder which is about 30,000$. I can’t paid it, what sure I do, what cut happen, if I don’t paid them? Cam they do a deficiency judgment against me? And if is one how I cam avoid it banghead
Do you have Title Insurance? Was the title cleared when the short sale transfer was made? Hmmm??
