We’ve been observing that there are huge profits in short sales today. Not only for investors, but for realtors (at least the ones that know how to negotiate with banks).
Does anyone do shortsales?
Many people here at this forums doing it. I am not an exception. This is very tedious process but result is very rewarding. Do you want to do a short sale for your property or you are interested to do it yourself?
