Since my last post I’ve come across 4 more ss. Great! But now I want to submit the package myself. Does anyone know where I can find a sample net sheet or HUD1 for Md?

HUD has a blank pdf copy with instructions at the following site.

You need to know what your closing costs are before you can complete it. I have an example of a completed form available on my site, but you need to plug in your specific costs to complete your form. If you have a title company (and you most definitely should have title searched BEFORE you buy if you are doing a short sale), you can also ask them prepare the HUD-1 for you.
