Short Sale Flips, in Missouri

So I have been having lots of trouble getting these things to actually close on the final side. I have been using a trust as a buyer on the first half but recently even this method has encountered problems. It seems to me that the lenders on both sides of these deals are getting smarter and trying their best to kill them. Does anyone know a better way to get these deals closed???

1st step; find better lenders for the “C” transaction buyer, better settlement agents, and title companies.

However, it’s true that the industry is tightening up considerably. Nobody likes losing a lot of money at one time, not even banks with access to plenty of TARP funds and capital investments.

ok so what is a “better” C lender? give me some examples
