I have a short sale from a lender in progress (cash deal). We’ll be turning in final contract in 5 days. Looking to do a double closing (simultaneous), title company has no problem. Buyer/investor has to get loan. How should I take title, from the short sale, for the least amount of headaches with buyer’s lender? Any other advice to make things go smooth.
