Does anyone have any experiences, good or otherwise regarding the course “Making money with short sales” by D.C. Fowler listed on this site under the Real Estate Courses section?
I’m wondering if this would be a fulfilling course to better understand Short Sales.

I don’t know that course, but here in Phx. everyone is doing short-sales. there’s definitly something there, I’m just starting to get into them, 1st deal in the works now
