Shopping for properties

I’ve been told that you should shop through at least 100 properties before choosing one. Any suggestions on working though these process. For example: Do you first shop by price, then shop the area, then the schools, and location?

what kind of properties are you referring to, since your in the rehabbing landlord forum, shall i assume you mean multifamily?

You may have misunderstood what was said. Many investors will tell you to expect to look at 100 properties before you find a deal. It doesn’t mean you wait until you look at 100 properties before you make an offer.

You need to pick an area that you want to invest in and learn the values of homes so you know a deal when you find one.
