greetings! I believe I may already know this however it is always best to check. After a short sale has been completed, is it possible or legal to sell the home back to the owner? Is this a lender policy per company or is this a law? Ive heard several reasonings. Have a homeowner who is about to lose his home, however he has 300 inherited acres tied up in probate court. He is going to sell the acreage to a developer for a subdivision. THe lender will “not” work with him to postpone the sale. Please will somebody exlaiin. thanks so much.
