SHARE THE LIGHT OF REAL ESTATE

I AM A WOMAN THAT WOULD LIKE TO RECIEVE HELP IN REAL ESTATE .I LIVE IN MISSOURI AND IT IS A LARGE MARKET FOR INVESTORS. I KNOW SOME INVESTORS BUT THEY LIKE ME AND THEY THINK IF THEY SHOW ME I WILL NEVER TALK TO THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I WOULD DO VERY WELL (YES INSURE). I JUST NEED A JUMP START WITH NO GAMES. MAKE MONEY WITH ME. SO IF THERE IS ANYONE OUT THERE THAT IS WILLING REPLY.

I’m sorry, but what the HELL does your race or opinion on your looks have to do with your needs and abilities in REI? Are you looking for MENTORS or are you looking for MEN?

Mozell, I have enjoyed and still enjoy some very high-visibility work thanks in part to the attributes that you seem to find so important that you need to mention them here. But this business here, this is something that lasts longer than looks. This allows me to actually enjoy my son and my life life, rather than make money while my son and life itself outgrow me.

You say you want “no games,” and you imply that all these REIs just want you and are afraid to see you succeed. Well, how can you expect to be taken seriously if your point of focus is, as was your lead-in to this thread, that you are an attractive black woman? If you want to learn, put down the hand mirror because pretty and black are not prerequisite in this biz. Now, start reading everything you can so that you can better absorb what any REIs will teach you. Then start networking at some REI meetings, and find a mentor.

So you may find that my reply is mean, but if you are sincere then you’ll take my words to head and not to heart. Besides, if I’ve come across too harsh, there are plenty of members here that will be happy to come to your aid.

You’re response is nicer than mine would have been. Wow…

I SEE PEOPLE ARE JUST SO SIMPLE MINDED. WHAT I WAS SAYING IS THAT I HAVE BEEN JUDGED BY MY LOOKS BY SOME INVESTORS THAT I KNOW. LOOKS DO NOT MEAN ANYTHING AND THAT IS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO. MY WORDS WERE WRONG. THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY
