Mike I’m sure you have heard me complain about my area but I had to post this. I was just reading your blog about the V-Day Setout. I wish we could do that here! If it ever goes that far we have to hire a bonded moving company, pay them to remove all items, pay for storage, pay for sheriffs to be present, etc. A full eviction (meaning a forceful or tenant does not leave) will cost over $2500 here in lovely MA! :shocked Don’t forget the rent loss for evicting them in the first place.
If I hire you as a plumber will you throw tenants belongings on the curb too? :beer
Just so everyone here knows in MA just to get a tenant in court it takes a few months and around $235. :bs
