I’m sitting around doing nothing waiting for calls from motivated sellers.
Frustrating. I want to be doing business.
Then it struck me, this was what I wanted. This is what wholesaling is supposed to be.
Sitting around doing nothing.
Any work I have, I will delegate.
How’d it go redstar? Any luck yet?
No calls yet. Mailed them on Monday. It’s Friday.
They were sent standard, some to as far off as California and Puerto Rico, so they may not have even arrived.
Next time, I’m going with a 6x9 postcard.
I’m going to send out a mailer on the first of every month.
