Anyone have preferences regarding whether to use or not use a realtor to sell one of my duplexes in east Texas?
I am sure the realtors on thissite say…“use a realtor” but i wanted to get some opinions.
Also, has anyone had success in getting the appraised value for the property they are selling vs the “fair market value” assuming it is in an appreciating area?
Using a Realtor® will save you a few headaches.
- Putting the home on the multiple listing sevice will expose it to all the agents in your area allowing them to show it to perspective buyers.
- Helping out in the negotiation process. It’s always good to have someone on your side.
