I will be selling a vacant rental property I have in Tampa. I am scared someone will break in a vadalize all of my hard work rehabbing the property. Does anyone have any suggestions on protexting the property. Alarm companies like brinks and Adt want a 3 year contract and that is not possible.

Why not possible ? Ask if the contract is transferable to the new owner and 99 times out of 100 they are and add it as a selling feature.
Check with local alarm companies. They often do not require contracts on the monitoring.
