LOL!!! actually, i want tips on selling/renting.
Use the search function first. Type in something like “rent”, “renting”, “rental”, “duplex”, et al. Then read all the posts.
There is a lot of great stuff here and at bookstores. In just a a couple weeks I went from not knowing anything about rental props to being pretty confident that I can accomplish what I want.
I started by just picking a forum and reading post after post.
