I have a commercial and residential construction company, and am trying to keep it busy while finding my own properties to invest in. Any ideas on how to market our services to other investors?–(we do most all trades in-house, except HVAC and plumbing). Any suggestions are much appreciated.
Join your local real estate investor clubs , the ones around me have what they call vendor members.
Call all the we buy houses guys in your area.
Post/ advertise on all the rei forums you can find, such as this one.
**give an investor discount, work fast, eventually word of mouth will pay your bills.
