Ok, so i’m new at this (as im sure all of you seasoned investors have heard a billion times)
I recently purchased some course studies from the Conti & Finkel system (protege program)
My credit is horrid and my funds are low, so my plan is to learn how to lock motivated sellers into a contract and instead of running it the whole way to the endzone, I was thinking about just selling the contract to another investor for a set price.
What is the probability of this being something easy and profitable for me to get started in…?
