What do you tell a potential seller what you do(wholesaling) that wont scare them away or have them sceptical of you.

Show 'em the money. :cool

Why should they be skeptical of you? You are there to help them. The key is having buyers that you know can buy your deal. If you have that you have no reason to be bashful about being able to get the deal done…

If you don’t - tell them that as well - and let them know that you’ll be looking to sell this “to another investor in our group” - and you’ll do everything you can to get it sold - if they isn’t good enough, wish them good luck and contact them again several times in the next 6-12 months that their house is sitting on the market - time is a great friend to wholesalers…
