I own a few investment properties that have a good amount of equity and I wanted to get out of them quickly in order to free up my time for other interest where I live. I live out of the state to which these properties are located and therefore it is hard to manage them. I am willing to let the properties go for way below appraised value. Any advice? I dont want the properties to go back to the bank. Thanks in advance for your reply.
