Anyone have an article or can explain with “selling financing” is?

Seller financing is where the seller of the property is the one lending the money to the buyer. Legally, you can only do this if you own the house out-right OR if it’s part of a transaction where the seller is carrying a subordinate lien to the lender’s first lien position.
