I have an investment property (condo) I would like to sell fast using the methods out lined in this book. I think it might be a faster way for me to move my properties. Anyways I would like to know do I have provide notification to the town about what I am doing? The book never touches on any of that sort of thing. I just don’t want to run in to any trouble. I would run and ad Wed-Sun have the inspection on Sat-Sun with open bidding those days. Then have a round robin on Sunday night. Selling to the highest bidder. Let me know what you think
