Self-directed IRAs for real estate

Please forgive me if this is not in the proper forum. I have been using my self-directed IRA for land flips for the last several years. I am contemplating one in which my IRA will have a fractional interest (15%) so I can be a part of a large parcel. My question is this, will this require any additional work by my closing attorney ahead of time or can he simply list both parties on the deed? The IRA custodian has the forms which address fractional ownership, so there is no issue with them. I’m simply trying to address all details beforehand.
