Does anyone know of how creative self-directed IRA real estate investing has become, without there being a “self-dealing” IRS auditing of it.
Create an LLC with you and the IRA as the members. Don’t do flips or rentals in the IRA. Focus on hard money lending, tax liens, options, and other real estate investments that don’t involving taking title to the property or using leverage.
