Just need some advice I'm new and there's so much information out there, people trying to get you to buy their products etc.
Would somebody please help me sort the good from the bad. Give me some names of books, investors etc
I would just like to thank you for your time
and advice. sakst.louis
It really depends on what you want to do. As you probably know there are gurus for each little niche of real estate investing (wholesaling, rentals, lease-options, multi-units, etc). The best ones have perfected a system and share paperwork and how they do it. I’ve found the following site helpful when I come across a guru and want to know if they are any good.
I would like to thank you tcwood for your advice and your comments. The question of mine was vague. I'm interested in learning about wholesaling, foreclosures, and eventually short sale.
I went to the website you suggested tcwood very informative, thankyou
If anyone has any suggestions, comments ,websites, please pass them along it would be appreciated thanks

sak, I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. I believe the best way, (meaning least risk), and also the easiest way for a n00b to break into this business is with options and lease options.
Just my opinion, mind you, and I’m sure there are others who will disagree.
Having said that, you can hit up the link in my signature for a great site on lease options. And the link that tcwood provided has info on lease option courses, as does www.reidepot.com. Both sites, by the way, rank The Naked Investor near the top.
Good luck.
