Good morning Eric- As I mentioned, this is nothing like the Money Merge Account or other kinds of software program/ MLM stuff, etc. It is merely a way for building owners to keep more $$ in their pockets upon the eventual sale or REFI of a commercial property, etc. I can assure you no-one has seen it before. It is pending, out in the marketplace.
But, if nobody has a few minutes- that is OK.
